Doraemon: Nobita's Final Fantasy (のび太のFINAL FANTASY, Nobita no FINAL FANTASY) is a fangame from Japan made by Chocoball Utsumi which is a crossover between Doraemon and FF. The reason why it's obscure is because the English-speaking Doraemon community didn't play or even translated it.
